How Task Management Works

Submit Requests

You submit a request via our client dashboard which is, basically, a Trello board that you and your whole team has access to.

We get to work

We confirm your request, estimate hours and start working on it. We send regular progress updates so you’re always up to date.

Approval & Publish

Once a task is done, we send it for your approval and if there’s no additionally feedback we push it live.

Most tasks are delivered within 1–2 business days

What happens after I subscribe?
After subscribing, we'll send you a confirmation email as well as a link to schedule your onboarding call as your earliest convenience.

This call gives us a a chance to align our expections and gain a better understanding of you and your needs.

Following our call, we'll get your Trello board setup so you can start submitting requests as soon as possible
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many development and/or design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. If you're on the Essentials plan, you'll be limited to 10 hours of work per month.
Why wouldn't I just hire someone full-time?
Great question! Hiring a really good Shopify expert can cost more than $100,000 every year, and you might not have enough work for them to do all the time. So, you end up paying for time they're not working. But don't worry, we have a better way to help you!

Enter Futuremerce, where you pay a simple monthly fee to receive the design and development work you need completed. Additionally, with the pause feature, you only pay for the service when you actually need it so you can use it one month, then stop for a bit when you don't need any work completed. Then start again once you need some more development done.
What if I don't like the work completed?
Not happy with the work we've done? No worries!
We'll continue revising until you're 100% satisfied.

How we do communicate?
We communicate using a combination of emails, Trello comments and occassional meetings to clarify details when needed.
How fast are requests completed?
On average, most requests are completed within two days or less. More complex requests can certainly take longer, we'll give you an estimated timeframe when required so we are both aligned.
